By booking with Rio Manso Camp, you agree to the following policies, terms and conditions:

1 – Reservations

All reservations must be made through our website www.riomansocamp.com.

A reservation is confirmed once the payment has been received. Reservation subject to availability at the time of payment.

 

2 – Payments

Payments are made by bank transfer, bank deposit or credit card.

 

3 – Billing

At the time of processing your reservation, you must detail the type of invoice you wish to receive.
The invoice will be sent via email to your email.

 

4 – Changes

If you want to change the date of the contracted services, you must contact us by email at info@riomansocamp.com.

The change of date is free of charge, as long as it is made no less than 20 days before the originally contracted date.

The change of date has costs if it is made less than 20 days before the originally contracted date. In that case, the cost/penalty is 30% of the total of your reservation.

 

5 – Cancellations

If you want to cancel the contracted services, you must contact us by email at info@riomansocamp.com.

In case of cancellation of the contracted services no less than 30 days prior to the originally contracted date, the total nominal amount paid will be kept as credit (not the program or itinerary contracted) to be used in Rio Manso Camp until March 31, 2023.
Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the originally contracted date will incur a penalty of 100% of the balance paid.

 

6 – COVID 19

In case of not being able to use the contracted services for reasons associated with COVID-19 (health problems or flight cancellations), the total nominal amount paid will be kept as credit (not the contracted program or itinerary) to be used in Rio Manso Camp until March 31, 2023. Cancellation reasons associated with COVID-19 must be supported with official documents.

 

7 – Force majeure

Cancellations of services due to cases of force majeure, are those in which circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Frasson Travel Designer and Rio Manso Camp occur; includes but is not limited to: war or threat of war, disease outbreak or threat, border entry denial, labor disputes, forest fires of any nature, trail or road closures in protected areas and/or National Parks, Extreme and adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, epidemics, pandemics, civil or social unrest, road or traffic blockages, terrorist activity, decisions related to foreign citizens, political demonstrations, nuclear disasters, military confrontations, social demonstrations, strikes, tsunami, earthquakes, natural disasters, volcanic eruptions and/or ashes, avalanches, floods, landslides, etc.

These are cases beyond the control of Frasson Travel Designer and Rio Manso Camp, who may cancel the trip, services and/or event at any time. In cases of total or partial cancellation of: services, trips, activities, accommodation, due to force majeure THERE IS NO REFUND of the payments made.
Frasson Travel Designer and Rio Manso Camp will not be responsible for any additional costs incurred by passengers due to force majeure cancellations: accommodation, maintenance, transportation, food and beverage expenses, or any other expense that may arise.

 

8 – Right of admission

The company reserves the right of admission and stay.

 

9 – Rio Manso Camp

  • Is not responsible for the loss, robbery or theft, partial or total breakage of personal belongings (phones, cameras, video cameras, glasses, watches, money, valuables, clothing, etc.).
  • The Camp reserves the right to take pictures and/or film any of its activities and to use them for advertising, promotions, etc.
